Olympic Honda's Accessible Customer Service Plan 

Assisted devices

Olympic Honda will ensure that our associates are trained and familiar with varies assisted devices that may be used by customers with disability while accessing our gods and services. 



We will communicate with people with disability in ways that take account their disability. 


Service Animals

We welcome people with disabilities and their service animals. Service animals are welcome in the parts of the dealership that are opened to the public.


Support Persons

A person with a disability who is accompanied by a support person will be allowed to have that person accompany them on our premises. 


Notice of Temporary Disruption

If in the case of a planned or an unexpected disruption to services or facility for persons with disability, Olympic Honda will notify customers promptly. This clearly posted notice will include information for the reason of the disruption, its anticipated length of time and a description of alternative or services if available. The notice will be placed in the entrance way.  



Olympic Honda will provide training to associates and volunteers that deal directly with the public. Training will be effected by all required by Jan 1, 2012. After initial roll out training will continue on a ongoing basis as part of Olympic Honda's orientation process.
